Crime Victims Compensation Program Overview

The workshop is intended to give participants an overview of the Crime Victims Compensation Program, explain our eligibility process and inform participants of any recent legislation that is impactful to the program.

We expect to inform the participant of how we can work the process together to ensure victims of sexual violence receive all benefits they are eligible for.

The work shop will also explain the process of our role as a primary payer for all sexual assault examinations performed in the state of Washington, and how this need for  a medical examination is independent of any other claims process in the CVCP program.
