Accessing Legal Services in WA

Legal services for low-income individuals in Washington can be accessed through the Northwest Justice Project, your local volunteer and/or legal aid program or through your country bar association.

The CLEAR line (Coordinated Legal, Education Advice & Referral) operated by the Northwest Justice Project is a statewide free legal phone line that connects you with an attorney who can provide you with advice and also refer you to your local legal service provider.
