in their work. New tools are always in development and we hope the following
assist your organization.

General Management Assistance
- Organizational Task Calendar - this
tool takes typical CSAP duties/ tasks/obligations and assigns them to
a month(s). So when the month comes up you can see exactly what tasks
need to be done. You can move the tasks around and customize it to fit
your individual agency needs. Included on this calendar are accreditation
tasks that are required on an annual basis so this will incorporate
them right into your work plan. This tool is available in PDF or Word format.
- General Agency Checklist - this
tool highlights some management areas for your review and although many
of these areas are covered by accreditation standards this serves as
a reminder to periodically review actions untaken by staff, board and
management of your organization. This is not an exhaustive list but
rather one to compel you to think in terms of introspection and self
review.
