Staff Communication Training

This fun and interactive training is designed to facilitate a deeper understanding of work place communication and personality styles. Through a facilitated discussion, staff members will identify personal work-place styles and techniques for adjusting to the styles of other co-workers. Participants will complete the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, an acclaimed psychological personality assessment that is an adaptation of the Myers-Briggs Personality Test. The Communication Training is approximately 3 hours long, and the agency must be willing to host the venue.
