Sexual Assault Program Management

WCSAP provides technical assistance on nonprofit management and organizational development issues to WCSAP member programs, other allied organizations, and statewide sexual assault coalitions across the nation. WCSAP strives to build the capacity of organizations to operate effectively to prevent sexual violence and to serve all victims. We provide specific technical assistance to help Community Sexual Assault Programs in Washington State to meet the accreditation requirements of the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy.

Our About Accreditation page contains the Accreditation Standards and Service Standards for Washington State Community Sexual Assault Programs, as well as our Accreditation Toolkit, which assists programs in preparing their accreditation documentation. There are also tips to help with the accreditation process.

You can read current and past issues of our "mini-magazine" for sexual assault managers, the Manager's Viewpoint, and catch up on Management Tips, which are short articles with practical information related to sexual assault program management. We also have a New Directors Online Manual for those who have recently assumed sexual assault program management responsibilities.
