Training Logistics: Therapist Core Training

February 7-9, 2012

Online Course – Will provide readings, reflections and quizzes focusing on philosophical foundations of social activism, the criminal justice process, a variety of sexual assault scenarios and much more.

Day One– Will focus on the underlying conditions of sexual assault. Registration begins at 8am and training will go from 8:30am until 5pm. This day will be presented by Joshua O'Donnell and Kelley Richardson. 

Day Two– Will focus on adult victims. We will begin at 8:30am and end at 4:00pm. This day will be presented by Stephanie Sacks. 

Day Three– Will focus on childhood trauma and treatment. We will begin at 8:30am and end at 1:00pm. This day is presented by Shelly Griffiths.

LODGING:

WCSAP is unable to cover the cost of participant travel, accommodations, or meals. Please contact the hotel directly to make your room reservations.

TRAINING HOURS & CREDITS:

This training will count as 23 CEU credits. You will receive 6 credits for the online portion and 17 credits for the in-person training in Spokane; however, you cannot solely do one or the other.

COST: 

Members:  There is no registration fee for WCSAP Program, Organizational and Individual Members or OCVA Sexual Assault Contractors.

CONFIRMATIONS:

Confirmations will be e-mailed or faxed to participants upon receipt of registration form.

ACCESSIBILITY:

WCSAP makes every effort to ensure accessibility. WCSAP will try to provide interpreter services for participants so please register by January 6th so they can try to support you at our training.
