RNP Strategies

Rebecca Peatow Nickels, MSW is the principle for RPN Strategies where she helps nonprofits be at their best. Her consulting work focuses on organizational and leadership development, strategic planning, board governance, equity, and executive coaching. Previously, she was the executive director of Call to Safety from 2006-2017, leading the organization as it expanded services, increased integration of equity and racial justice, and strove to be survivor-led. Rebecca has been working alongside survivors of domestic and sexual violence in various capacities since 1996. She is a member of the Washington Coalition of Sexual Assault Programs and the Oregon Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence. Rebecca also serves on the A Home for Everyone Coordinating Board; the Equity, Partnership & Inclusion Council at Portland State University’s School of Social Work; and the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Citizen Budget Advisory Council.
