Sexual Assault Services What Can I Expect?

There are community sexual assault programs that serve every county in Washington State. These programs operate 24 hour / 7 days a week and are accredited to provide sexual assault services that includes:

  • Crisis intervention
  • Information & referral
  • Advocacy (general, medical, and legal)

Some programs might also offer additional services like support groups or therapy but this can vary.

The services provided by community sexual assault programs are:

  • confidential,
  • free, and
  • focused on survivor-determined resources, healing, and justice.
