2019 Annual Conference Costs, Confirmations, Scholarship and Cancellations

Costs for Members

The registration fee to attend all 3 days of the conference is $145 for WCSAP Program, Organizational and Individual Members or OCVA Sexual Assault Contractors. You can also register for individual days of the conference at $75 per day.

Cost for Non-Members

The registration fee to attend all 3 days of the conference is $195.00 for non-members. You can also register for individual days of the conference at $75 per day. Confirmations

Confirmations will be e-mailed to participants within a week of receipt of registration form.

Cancellation

Please, contact Annette Saenz at conference@wcsap.org to cancel your attendance by April 20, 2018.

Scholarships

Scholarship Recipients are responsible for making their own travel and hotel reservations.

  • OCVA Sexual Assault Program Scholarship allows one (1) person from each Accredited CSAP and Native American or Marginalized Community Grantee of OCVA in Washington State to attend WCSAP’s Annual Conference.

Childcare

On-site childcare is NOT available during the conference. Please make your own childcare arrangements by calling the Washington State Child Care Resources and Referral Network at 1-800-446-1114. They can provide you with information about licensed childcare providers around the state. Please remember that it is your responsibility to provide care and safety to your child(ren) at all times while at the conference.
