Description

This is a very active, hands-on training based on the WCSAP Circle of Hope training/guide.  If you’ve ever considered facilitating a group, this will be a great way to learn more and gain confidence in a new area of advocacy.  For those who have been facilitating groups for a while, this is an opportunity to take away some new ideas, further hone your skills, share your knowledge and have fun!

There is no fee for this training. Both members and non-members can attend at no charge. WCSAP members will be given priority and all non-members will be put on a waitlist until June 14th, 2019. On June 14th, 2019, non-members will be taken off of the waitlist in the order that their registration is received and will receive either a confirmation or a notification that the training is full. Registrants will receive a confirmation email on Wednesday, 6/5/19. If confirmation is needed before this, please use the event contact information below.

WCSAP members and OCVA grantees are eligible for up to $200 per participant in reimbursement for travel expenses. If additional assistance is needed, please use the event contact information below to contact Darin and he will determine if additional funds are available.

In order for WCSAP to reimburse lodging, the rate must be at or below $184 per night before taxes. There is no room block assigned to this training and participants will need to find lodging on their own. Below are a few options. Please keep in mind that these are located a short drive away from the training location.
