Jessica has a private psychotherapy practice in Culver City, CA where she specializes in the treatment of trauma using an approach grounded in current neurobiological research. Jessica has engaged in direct clinical practice in the community for over the last decade, including her previous role as a long-time psychotherapist at the UCLA-Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center. Jessica has presented at the European Society for Trauma and Dissociation on treatment approaches to drug facilitated sexual assault. Additionally, Jessica helped author the articleGrounding Judith Herman’s Trauma Theory within Interpersonal Neuroscience and Evidence Based Practice Modalities for Trauma Treatment featured in Smith College Studies in Social Work. She is also the co-author of the forthcoming chapter in Oxford University Press’ Violence Against Women in the 21st Century, which is entitled Non-Consensual Image Sharing and addresses online sexual exploitation
