Michelle Dixon-Wall
Michelle Dixon-Wall began working as a sexual assault and domestic violence advocate in 2001 at a dual agency predominantly serving the migrant farm working community in Oxnard, CA, where she grew up. She relocated to Olympia in 2005 and has worked at two local programs in Western Washington. She has worked in shelter, medical and legal advocacy, sexual assault response, program management, promotora outreach, and community engagement. She joined WCSAP in 2013 as the Resource Sharing Project Coordinator. In this role, she supported and provided technical assistance to 18 Sexual Assault Coalitions from the Dakotas to the U.S. territories in the Pacific for 6 years. She was the Advocacy Services Manager supervising aspects of direct service and program management technical assistance and training until 2022.
Michelle is a graduate of the Evergreen State College, with a primary field of study in gender and social justice.
