Rebecca Milliman
Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress
Rebecca received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia and her Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. She is the Prevention and Education Coordinator at the Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress in Seattle, WA. Rebecca works with youth and adults to prevent sexual assault, promote healthy relationships, and create safer communities. She has led several successful community mobilization projects. Rebecca is a co-founder of the Violence Prevention Coalition and co-author of the F.L.A.S.H. (Family Life and Sexual Health) curriculum.
